Train the Teachers (TT) proudly announces the successful implementation of a transformative Project Management Professional (PMP) preparation course in collaboration with the Afghan National Association for Adult Education (ANFAFAE). This initiative, aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of 12 participants from ANFAFAE staff (including 3 females and 9 males from X-perts and CLCs), unfolded from September 3rd to October 30th, 2023.
Our PMP preparation course, meticulously crafted and aligned with the esteemed standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI), covered an extensive array of project management principles. The curriculum not only delved into the foundational aspects outlined in the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) but also extended to encompass critical elements such as risk management, quality management, and stakeholder communication.
One distinctive feature of our program was the incorporation of immersive learning experiences, including real-world case studies and simulations. These practical applications provided participants with a hands-on understanding of project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing phases. By emphasizing the application of theoretical knowledge in simulated scenarios, we aimed to equip participants with the skills needed to excel in diverse and dynamic project management environments.
The success of this program reflects the dedication and commitment of the participants and the support provided by ANFAFAE. We are confident that these certified professionals are now better prepared to navigate the complexities of project management, contributing significantly to the success of future projects within ANFAFAE and beyond.
