Train the Teachers (TT) is thrilled to announce the successful implementation of an impactful Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preparation course in collaboration with the Afghan National Association for Adult Education (ANFAFAE). This initiative, designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of 12 participants from ANFAFAE staff (including 1 female and 11 males from X-perts and CLCs), unfolded from September 3rd to October 30th, 2023.
Our CAPM preparation course, meticulously crafted and aligned with the esteemed standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI), covered a comprehensive array of project management principles. The curriculum delved into the foundational aspects outlined in the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) with a focus on project life cycle phases, project management processes, and key terminology.
One distinctive feature of our program was the incorporation of interactive learning experiences, including practical exercises and collaborative discussions. These activities provided participants with a hands-on understanding of project management essentials, allowing them to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
The success of this program reflects the dedication and commitment of the participants and the support provided by ANFAFAE. We are confident that these certified professionals are now equipped with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to contribute effectively to project teams, showcasing the commitment of ANFAFAE to fostering excellence in project management.
Train the Teachers expresses gratitude for the opportunity to collaborate with ANFAFAE in this educational endeavor. We remain committed to empowering individuals through innovative and impactful training initiatives. Stay tuned for more updates on our collaborative efforts to elevate education and professional development in Afghanistan. 🌍🌟 #TrainTheTeachers #CAPMTraining #ProfessionalDevelopment #CollaborativeLearning 🚀🎓
